Cooperative Form of Financing of Housing Construction

The diploma thesis focus on evaluation of co-operative housing construction as one of the way from current credit crisis of financing of housing construction. Specifies and evaluate individual types of financig of new housing construction and apply it on model example. Evaluation is based on analysis of present circumstances of housing construction and trend of mortgage loans. In this evaluation also looks at subvene of new housing construction. At the same time looks on an alternative of non-profit co-operative housing construction.

Protection of economic competition - agreements intervening in competition

The objective of this thesis is to evaluate and describe Czech legislation regarding agreements intervening in the economic competition, namely with the focus on their actual form, specifics, characteristics and basic essentials, and to evaluate their correctness and business impacts, taking into account legislation and case law of the European Union. The purpose of the research is primarily to outline the basic elements of forms of prohibited agreements, highlight deficiencies of legislation related to them, and to argue findings arising from the literature and case law. The thesis is based on both Czech and European literature and judicature. The thesis is divided into six chapters which are complemented by the Introduction and the Conclusion. The First Chapter compares legislation of the Czech Republic and the European Union, while the attention is devoted in particular to the influence of European legislation and judicature on the development of Czech law and decision-making practice. It also focuses on certain differences and possibilities of their removal and overcoming. The Use of Public Funds, and Survey of Implications of these Rules of Public Funds on the Basic Groups of Applicants for Subsidy.

The main purpose of this Bachelor Thesis is to uncover essentials rules of Public Funds delivery mechanism. The Survey is describing the reality of implication of these rules on basic groups of applicants. Regulation of redistribution of public resources concerns all regions, thus covers all NUTS levels of member states of EU. This allocation should be effective, legal, but mainly in the Public Interest. These invested funds demonstrably raise the standard of living in the region. Direct financial support for entrepreneurship is, however, from this perspective strictly defined and limited. Key concepts in this area are so-called "Public Support", "Block Exemption" and "de minimis". Now these concepts are fully implemented in the Czech legislation.
